Heather was appointed Chief Executive Officer of RSPCA Australia in 2006. In this role, Heather spearheaded public discussion and policy development on issues involving meat exports, farm cruelty and greyhound racing in Australia. Heather has a long career in the not-for-profit sector involving the Australian Breastfeeding Association, Quit Tasmania and Croplife.
